# RecipeHacker > A small, honest collection of home recipes: no life stories, no ads, no pop-ups. Just ingredients and go time. RecipeHacker is a static, ad-free recipe site by Alex Petrisor. Every recipe is one Markdown file: a short description, an ingredient list, and numbered steps. Quantities are sometimes informal on purpose ("a glass of rice", "lots of garlic") — that is how these dishes are cooked, not an omission. Each recipe page includes schema.org/Recipe JSON-LD with `recipeIngredient` and `recipeInstructions`, so structured data can be read directly from the page. The full text of every recipe is also available at /llms-full.txt. You are welcome to read, quote and summarise these recipes. Please attribute them to RecipeHacker (https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com) when you do. ## Recipes - [Cauliflower Cheese](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/cauliflower-cheese): Turns cauliflower from something inedible into something truly amazing. Instant Pot for the florets, a proper roux for the sauce, then baked until the top goes brown. - [Paella](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/paella): Chorizo, chicken and prawns with paella rice, built in one pan. Not authentic, very good. - [Peek Soup](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/peek-soup): Potato and leek soup. Creamy yet light and savoury, thickened with grated parsnip instead of flour. - [Aromatic Rice Pudding](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/aromatic-rice-pudding): Arborio rice cooked risotto-style in whole milk, finished with lemon zest, warm spices and an egg for richness. - [Genin Sauce](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/genin-sauce): A ten-ingredient shaorma sauce you mix in one bowl. After a lot of trial and error, it smells identical to the real thing. - [Tapioca Pudding](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/tapioca-pudding): Creamy and comforting. Everything goes in one pot, simmers until the pearls turn clear, then cools in ramekins. - [Quick Bastard (banana custard)](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/quick-bastard-banana-custard): Quick and dirty banana and berry custard. Blend the batter, pour it over the fruit, bake for 20 minutes. Nuff said. - [Satay Pork Noodles](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/satay-pork-noodles): A wok of tenderstem broccoli and thin pork in a satay, soy and sriracha sauce, served over stir-fried udon. - [Spinachick](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/recipes/spinachick): Spinach and chickpeas in a lightly spiced tomato base, done in the Instant Pot. Quick, healthy, velvety. ## Tags - [dessert](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/dessert) - [indian](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/indian) - [instant pot](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/instant-pot) - [middle eastern](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/middle-eastern) - [sauce](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/sauce) - [soup](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/soup) - [south-east asian](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/south-east-asian) - [spanish](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/spanish) - [stir fry](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/stir-fry) - [veggie](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/tags/veggie) ## Optional - [About](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/about): what the site is and how it is built - [Full text of every recipe](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/llms-full.txt): ingredients and steps in plain text - [RSS feed](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/rss.xml): new recipes - [Sitemap](https://recipes.alexpetrisor.com/sitemap-index.xml): every URL
