Quick Bastard (banana custard)

Quick and dirty banana and berry custard. Blend the batter, pour it over the fruit, bake for 20 minutes. Nuff said.

Go time

  1. Butter a baking dish.

  2. Spread the banana slices on the bottom of the dish.

  3. Add the berries and spread them around.

  4. Take all the other ingredients and blend them together.

  5. Pour the batter over the fruit.

  6. Bake at 200°C for 20 min.

  7. Enjoy your quick bastard.
